MM Acquisitions

MM Acquisitions

MM Acquisitions is a heavy-commercial dealer and the official UK distributor for Kässbohrer trailers, selling Scania, DAF and Volvo trucks to B2B buyers and export markets. The old site buried its own scale under a cluttered, broker-style layout that hid its finance and stock-acquisition funnels and left buyers hunting for basic specs. I rebuilt it into an international lead engine on the same modular system as their sister brand Maxus, reskinned to MMA’s own heavy-duty identity, with generative AI used to solve their biggest visual problem.

MMA had real physical authority, 30-plus years of trade, an official German trailer partnership, global export routes, but the site read like a broker and gave none of it away. Truck operators are specification-driven and phone-dependent, yet the old product pages weighted “Enquire”, “WhatsApp” and “Print” identically, buried mileage, axles and gearbox in dense paragraphs, and hid the high-margin finance and “sell your vehicle” paths inside a generic dropdown. On top of that they had no cohesive stock photography, just raw yard shots, which made premium trucks look like anything but.

The rebuild turned a passive brochure into an active B2B asset. Restructured product pages and a single clear enquiry path pushed high-intent buyers straight to the form, wired into a newly onboarded HubSpot CRM so every lead landed attributed and routed in real time. And the generative-AI showroom was the standout: it let a small team produce premium, on-brand listings at scale, out-merchandising competitors still using flat yard photos and lifting click-through on their stock, all without a single day of studio shooting.

OUTCOME

OUTCOME

I built MMA on the same five-template skeleton as Maxus, reskinned entirely to their own brand: Nimbus Sans Extended bold, high-contrast MMA yellow on rich black, and their offset red-line graphic running through it. I stripped the rotating homepage carousel for a static hero and a smart stock-search tool, pinned a utility bar with phone number and yard location above the fold, and rebuilt the product pages around an icon-led spec strip with one clear primary CTA. The biggest move was on imagery: rather than reshoot a whole yard of trucks, I used generative AI to drop raw stock photos into clean, branded virtual showroom environments, giving them consistent premium listings at a fraction of the cost and time a shoot would take.
